Office Management with IT Skills

From our state-of-the-art headquarters in Hollabrunn, we are revolutionizing our customers’ daily operations with smart, digital solutions. As we are constantly evolving internally as well, we are looking to expand our office team.
YOUR MISSION:
Initial Focus: Traditional Office Management
- Billing: You will independently generate invoices using technician reports and delivery notes.
- Office Administration: You will handle standard administrative tasks while gaining a thorough understanding of our current workflows and systems from the ground up.
Long-Term & Step-by-Step: Support with the Software Transition
- Mapping processes: Since you’ll have a thorough understanding of our day-to-day operations after your training, you’ll help document these workflows for our new ERP/CRM system.
- Software implementation: You’ll support the team as an internal liaison during the phased transition and contribute your enthusiasm for IT to help establish the new digital processes in our daily office routine.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- A successfully completed business education (e.g., HAK, HLW, office administration apprenticeship) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, experience in office administration and invoicing.
- Digital DNA: You have a strong understanding of IT and a passion for modern software applications.
- Process-oriented thinking: You quickly grasp logical and organizational workflows, work in a structured manner, and always maintain a clear overview.
- Personality: You are characterized by team spirit, reliability, and open communication.

- For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2,850 on a full-time basis. With relevant professional experience, we are happy to offer a higher salary.
(Legal note: The minimum wage for this position is EUR 2,727.40.)
